5:24 my super guess is that the light will annoy a good sleep.. I think it's well thought out to hide the status light think about a very dark room and previous lights flashing, now that won't be a problem..

I have the first one. I plug it into my Amp and listen on headphones - works awesome. The only issue I have is when I use in transmitter mode to play spotify I only get sound from my left speaker. Otherwise I love it

Try changing your cables at the BT Transmitter. You may have a bad one. Cheers

Subscribed to your channel and you really helped me decide what I should be getting. Things are really hard to get in my country but since you cover most of the models and stuff helped me decide what I need to get. I recently bought a Logitech Z625 THX certified but it lacks the BT functionality so I'm tied up between the Logitech BT Receiver as well as the TaoTronics one but since the TaoTronics is a bit cheaper and offers more functions than the Logitech which is just RCA supported and needs to be plugged in all the times so I'm going for the TaoTronics which is far better in terms of features and price. You also mentioned in your other video that Logitech left and right channel separation is not that good and it's more like a center stage experience once connected with the device so my question is does TraTronic has better left and right channel separation and how's the overall sound quality?

I do have a question... So the setting is: I have a surround system without bluetooth, my TV has only digital audio input (SPDIF) and also no bluetooth. Can I manage the setup like: playing music or a video on my phone through bluetooth to the transmitter so everything plays on the surround system or visa versa? I'm a bit confused on what I can do.

I ordered the first, small taotronics transmitter last night, based on your review in an earlier video. I only want this to watch tv with my AirPods. I ordered 2 other brand ones that have annoying latency. So you say that one has almost none. Is it the same or any better with the bigger taotronics one in the middle of this video? I think these are much the same as far as latency. Keep in mind the latency is also dependent on the input device (TV) feeding the transmitter.

I have not filmed the review for this device yet, but I will say this unit is outstanding. I have grown very fond of this device..... Some of the newer ones will TX to two speakers at the same time, however depending on the devices there may be latency between the two spks. The Best system I have seen is the JBL Flip5. Where you pair one Flip5 to another, you get zero latency.

This device is what I use in a fixed install on my TV. ( RTX Pro, Long Range Bluetooth 5.1RTX Pro, Long Range Bluetooth 5.1 amzn.to/36TbQYI ) NOTE.... The amazon reviews are a mixed batch, some of them are from a previous model. They do not reflect current device. Mine works flawless. Give it a try, if you don't like... send it back. Most of the Transmitters that I know of only allow you to pair TWO spks or headphones.

Yes the Anker and TT014 would work, however I don't recommend using BT when playing instruments, to much latency. (IMHO). You could see if it works for you, its a 50/50 deal and has a lot to do with how your headphones match up to the transmitter.

Explain a through adapter, not sure what you mean. If you want to output music/voice from computer, to BT transmitter then transmit to you BT Earphones. Then I would use the Anker. You would use a 3.5mm aux cord to plug the Anker to your laptops headphone jack.

You need to find out what type of audio outputs your tv has. 3.5mm, RCA, optical. Then decide what adapter will work for you . get the ANKER if you can. IMO

Just got off the phone with Tao CS and they said they are doing some new marketing whit Amazon and had no idea when you would see the 014 back on that site. I asked if they are discontinuing the 014 and they said no. So you can still buy from Tao's web site. That would be the best way to go VS eBay IMHO. Good luck with your project. Mike

I believe they are all manufactured in Chy-Na. A few are "designed in America" but manufactured over seas. I do of one company that "assembles in the US" but I don't think they have any BT product. www.schiit.com/

UPDATE... Well Edwina, now you have peaked my interest, I understand all of the BT and DSP "chips" are made in china, so at this point any device MADE IN USA would just be "assembled" in USA. So as I'am looking around the interweb for a BT device made in USA, I found ZIP, Not A. So I am like McIntosh! yea they are all US hype. I found their model MB20 BT transceiver, all hyped to be #1 in looking through the product info there is no mention of Built/designed in USA, however in the manual, in fine print they state... Manufacturer: GOLDEN PROFIT ELECTRON-ICS LTD. So I looked up this manufacturer en.gpetec.com/aboutus.html They build product for anyone with a HEART BEAT. This is soooo very sad, we have gone from a Country of producers to consumers. Sad.

For TV you need to look for transmitters marked "Low Latency" however that is not always the case as some are better that others and some speakers and headphone dont play well with some transmitters. Especially lower end product. Sometimes you need to try different combinations to see what works best. For music... they all play well together. Cheers
