For years I wanted what Bluetti has recently introduced. It’s the BLUETTI MultiCooler. Sure there have been other cordless fridges or portable powered coolers but their main downfall was short operating times. The new MultiCooler can be operated standalone or part of an ecosystem with the AC180T power generator which comes with 2XB70 batteries with 716 Wh each with hot swappable technology.
The BLUETTI MultiCooler is not really a cooler but a real refrigerator , a freezer that can cool down to -20C and an ice maker that make 24 cubes every 12 min. This mini powerhouse can be powered from a standard household plug with or without battery, with battery it will charge it if needed, you can plug it into a 12V DC outlet meaning its perfect for cars or RVs, it can accept a solar input and of course with battery. When used with the AC180T batteries, the MultiCooler can keep your food fresh for ups o 6 days or 3 days on a single battery.
The main compartment is 40L / 42qt and can hold 60 cans of your favourite beverages and the ice maker is 9l/9.5 qt. The unit can fast cool itself from 32-0C 86-32F in just 15 minutes.
All functions can be controlled via the BLUETTI app alongside their other products or on the onboard Digital touch display.
Like other BLUETTI products, the B70 batteries are robust LiPO4 meaning better performance in extreme hot/cold conditions and have a super long over 3000 cycle which wouldn’t see any significant capacity loss for over 10 years for the average user.

This thing is huge! It is not like you are driving a CX-5 here so the bulkiness of this cooler makes it a good option only for the day trip picnicking. Keep doing these different kind of reviews!

I like Bluetti, and this seems like a high quality product. I have no doubt the battery will last as long as they say. The concern with any 12v fridge is the compressor. For that reason, I'd prefer to keep my power source and fridge separate. The ice maker is very nice. But for the reasons you state (sharing the compressor with the fridge) I'd prefer a separate ice maker. Does Bluetti say who makes the compressor for this?

Commercial food vans use 12V compressors so that is not an issue; this is a consumer product with inherent design limitations, nothing to do with being 12V
