I can feel the pain man, I was shiny hunting for a female shiny sprigatito and it took me a few months and 9 shiny male sprigatito until I get a female one on my 10th shiny. Definitely one of most difficult thing I've ever accomplished in my life.

I managed to hatch 3 shiny fuecoco...just one to complete the line. One is shiny fuecoco, one is a shiny crocolar, one is a shiny skeledirge. Took 1670 eggs to get all 3. Took a long time to get the first one, 2nd and 3rd took their sweet time, but they came pretty quick. Did the same thing for Spirgatito, now doing the same for Quaxly so I can complete the Paldean starters shiny line. Congratulations! I should note all 3 shinies I hatched were with the shiny charm and masuda method. Boy those hunts were lengthy even with the help I had.

I've always had trouble keeping with breeding ling enough to find a shiny. My first real attempt was in Pokemon y but after probably like 1000 eggs or so I found a wild shiny eevee thus just gave up on hatching. My first successful shiny hatching was literally just yesturday when I first finished Violet I decided to try and hatch shiny eevee I got to about 200 eggs then just gave up. Then I was watching a 24 hour shiny stream and decided to hatch eggs and overworked shiny hunt thus time I targetted the two starters fuecoco and sprigatitio. At first I was solely doing Sprig but then warned some variety so breed both at the same time and after just under 15 eggs I got shiny fuecoco. I'm still a bit shocked it took so little time.
