What distance are the planers from the boat? Thanks for the tips

It’s definitely a personal preference for everyone. I like to have one just behind the wash fishing deeper and one much further back. Anywhere from 30 to 45 second drop back on the long planer and maybe 10 to 15 seconds on short planer.
