I know the sentiments by some are saying cruelty but this is a quick education about the animals and the dangers involved. I’d rather people like them demonstrate the do’s and don’t’s than for an average person to become a statistic.

Thing I've always loved about the crocodile hunter in the zoo is they teach you through entertainment because while you were focused on what they are doing and are entertained you're absorbing the information that they are telling you as well because your brain is relaxed and it is entertained so it is taking in more information than if they were just telling you this with no sort of entertainment whatsoever that's the thing I've always loved about crocodile Hunter and his zoo his family is a zoo is he wanted to make learning about these creatures fun that way we would remember and that way we would see these creatures and how they normally act and see that they're not as dangerous as we thought and that we do need to preserve their lives just like we need to preserve our own lives I just love the way he talk ed through actions instead of just words and his family as well

I wonder how the Irwins feel about the so called emotional support alligator that someone had on a leash in the middle of Philadelphia Pennsylvania USA.
@soulessshadow5356 Жыл бұрын
Don't get me wrong I'm all for emotional support animals, but an alligator in the middle of Philly? Honestly that's just stupid and potentially dangerous to the animals health. Even if he's inside a house where it stays warm, if the power goes out and it gets cold he could very easily die. Not to mention you put other people at risk because an alligator may seem tame but they can bite for any reason at any moment. A buddy of mine had a very small gator that was about a foot and a half and it bit him and really messed his hand up even at that size.
@SapphirasMama Жыл бұрын
Yeah there is an alligator that is classed as an emotional support animal. His owner was depressed and he found that he felt better when he was hugging his alligator. The alligator was also helping others. I am not sure if it was in Pennsylvania or not

I have a potentially stupid question. Do the crocs ever attack small boats? Like fishing boats or canoes
@fizzelfish Жыл бұрын
Not usually, unless limbs are dangling in. Then they might attack, jumping, causing the boat to capsize :)
@Oreobaby0120 Жыл бұрын
The answer is both a yes and a no. If a croc is big enough then Anything it can kill and swallow is food. Crocs/Caimans have been known to tip boats on the Amazon and kill fishermen. But keep in mind that the "boat" was usually a dugout canew and not very stable to start with.

Back then I watched CH. Now that I'm older, I know I disagree with their work. They put animals in cages. What we see in this video has nothing to do with their natural habitat and lifestyle. That's why Steve Irwine got criticised by animal right activists. Back when Steve at least visited the outback and showed us wild animals, it was interesting. But having animals in a zoo is just sad. And at the end, it's a zoo with maybe more freedom for the animals than in an average zoo.
