On the other platforms that you can’t access is where the Eurostar departs and arrives in real life. And this is exactly how it looks with the glass barrier, however maybe in the future they could add some static trains to the other side.

@Blu Games It is not a 200 Miles Per Hour speed limit becuase HS1/CTRL uses TVM430 which signals the trains and sets the max speed limits in Kilometres Per Hour so it would be 200KPH which is 124MPH.

@Blu Games The AWS is not the beeping sound ever 60 to 90 seconds that is DSD (Driver Safety Device), AWS is the Yellow Sunflower which shows once you have acknowledged the Caution Horn with in 2 seconds if you do not the emergency brakes will be applied and can not be released until the train has come to a complete stop, If you hear a Chime it is also to do with the AWS this means that the next signal is Green and does not need to be acknowledged and the Yellow Sunflower will turn black. The Yellow Sunflower is shown for any signal other than Green, Flashing Green & Two Whites in a diagonal Line. The AWS Caution Sunflower is also used for Morpeth boards & Temporary Speed Restrictions. Morpeth Boards are normally associated with a Permanent AWS magnet, Morpeth Boards are found where the line speed falls by more than a third on the classic lines.

The class 395 doesn’t wheel slip, it has some anti wheel slip thing built in

Wheel slip is only to do with acceleration and wheel slide is only to do with decelerating. It is more common for WSP (Wheel Slip Protection & Wheel Slode Protection) to be only the latter of the two and Wheel Slide Protection is only ever on Disk Braked vehicles. The anti Wheel slip thing is called WSP, even with WSP you still can wheel slip/slide becuase it takes time for the WSP system to intervene.

Looking forward to getting this at the weekend as I live in Ashford and use it fairly often. A friend of mine live on top of the longer tunnel between Ashford and Ebslfeet in Bluebell village. They all got paid out compensation because they can just about hear a rumble of trains passing beneath them. Also do you know if they plan to put vehicles on the M2 and M20? It feels so good flying past them. Used to make me chuckle when the line first opened driving along the motorway and the Eurostar flew past, I'd never seen anything like it. There would always be some idiot in certain German cars trying to keep up with it😂

From a Brit who lives near a trainline it's not realistic enough. Should be "tonnes" of rubbish dumped next to the line, old microwaves, rusty bicycles, wardrobes, piss stained mattresses, burst footballs etc. Forgot to mention the drivers often go on strike too.

Morpeth Boards Can either have a Yellow outside on a White or Black background and they are a Warning Board and will ether be a Triangle or a Pentagon in shape. Permanent Speed Restrictions have a Red Outside and it is Either on a White or Black Background and it is ether a circle or oval in shape, if the speed limit is going up the it from the back of the train it applies from and if it is going down then it is the front of the train it applies from. If it is on a White background it is showing the new speed limit in Miles Per Hour and if it on black background it means the speed limit is in Kilometres Per Hour.

There has been no high speed service to Ashford since the pandemic started in 2020. I wish they'd extended the regular Chatham line instead, mainly coz I live on it!

Illuminated scene in the tunnel is total failure. I’m pretty sure front headlamps of a train aren’t intended to illuminate everything except the main direction where the train is going.

That speed display muat be in kph, the Javellin doesn't do 200mph, the speed in kph seems more plausible, the train is capable of 145mph and never exceeds 125mph on this route.

Wish they would add support for the Tobii eye tracker 👀👀 Also I get what your saying BUT you are technically paying for an upgrade on routes that most fans of the game already own... You can't help but feel it's another cash grab by dovetail when the upgrade should have been made from tsw2 to tsw3... From the first tsw to the second fair enough BUT a third time is just plain greed. Look at the likes of other sim games like Ets2, Ats, yes they release map expansion dlc's (for considerable less than any dlc dovetail release) BUT that's bringing new content and expanding the map BUT they don't release a new game every year charging people for the same content that's been graphicly modified, in fact most of the content on upgrades and graphic changes plus new trucks etc are given out as free updates and they also do alot of community challenges that also gives away FREE content. They are not greedy and listen to there fanbase.

I know you what you are talking about. Its called “LOD” or Level of detail Trees are constantly changing to a higher quality as you get closer. But it looks wierd. If you know how go mod games mabe you can figure out how to fix it

Honestly, this game should be called TSW 2.1. they are still using the same crappy engine all over again. It has a basic and simple object geommetry, noticeable shadows pop-up, lifeless environment expect for the robots walking around stations, to name a few. It feels like it is a game from 2015. Today´s hardware is able to handle a much powerful engine for a train simulator, there are many open world games out there confirming this. It dissapoints me. :(
