Fun fact, the entire cast of sonic 06 have vague memories of the events of sonic 06, which is why shadow says "there is no future for you, ever" I also love the idea that sonic is the god of wind, as he states numerous times that the only thing he listens to is the wind, it's obviously not canon, but it would explain how sonic is so strong, and explain his weird origins

They don't remember Elise kissing Sonic (thank god) but they remember Sonic, Shadow, and Silver beating Solaris. Shadow didn't initially remember Mephiles, but mid fight, he remembered Mephiles in his entirety

Sonic is wrong, there WAS blood in his games. In Shadow the Hedgehog, whenever Shadow shot a Black Arms soldier, they let out green blood (though it was originally red blood in early development when they were aiming for a "T" rating), and the GUN soldiers originally had blood when they were hit, but it was erased; also, in Sonic Unleashed, when Dark Gaia evolved into Perfect Dark Gaia, green blood was seen splurting from his body when he grew four extra arms. Also, the pink blobs with the Biolizard are actually its eggs, as it was capable of asexual reproduction.
