If I was removing the door on a 600mm base unit and converting it to internal drawers can you supply internal boxes that fit the full internal width (i.e. without the packer)?

Hi Stephen, thanks for your enquiry. yes we can make the internal drawers to any width. All we need to know is the internal width of your base unit. EG, a 600w base with 15mm sides give an internal width of 570mm.

What is the width and height required for the packer if I use hinge with opening angle of 110 and I would like to know if is enough 5 mm tolerance to the front door inward for this hinge.

Hi, Thanks for the enquiry. The packer is 25mm thick (enough for most 110 hinges), the width is 45mm, (same as runner). The runner (and packer) is set back 5mm. You can go more if you have space .
