This vlog is incredibly detailed; it's fantastic work. It made me just go "wow" and "whoa" in certain parts of the video. You get to appreciate the developments of the NSCR, even if you weren't a fan of architecture or development. As a landlord, I know it must have been bitter to lose prime locations of your property along the road. Then again, as an enthusiast of Philippine infrastructure development, this vlog made me realize the efforts of the people and engineers of the project. I didn't know Bluementritt Station would be taller than the NLEX and LRT. And the walkways to connectors look legit. Plus, the added stuff of Megaworld and history of the location of the Horse Racing Track made me appreciate how and why the area became congested. Keep it up and hope to see more!

Dati daming nakkalibre ng sakay sa PNR tren kaya nalulugi. Dali kasing makapasok sa flatformnng PNR train. Now wala ng makkalibte kasi elevated na wala ng makakapasok sa flatform parang sa mga LRT at mrt stations.

Malaking problem sa NSCR ung ROW issues sa Valenzuela at Malabon. Hanggang ngaun nga, di pa nasisimulan ung Valenzuela, Pascual, 10th Ave, at Solis Stations. Sana maayos agad yan para walang delay

Here in the UK London they built the East/West line and instead of like the North-South where it had to be built high up in the air the London East/West line had to be built very deep in tunnels and it cost £ 15.billon pound's and I hate to think what the North-South is going to cost BUT if you don't spend the money in these project then you are not going to get the investment you need and they will pay for then self in about ten years all so from now
