From Adams County records:
Thomas Donelson and his wife, Laura Aiken Donelson, came to Colorado from Ohio with James and Mary Blundell. Thomas Donelson bought the land next to the Blundells, described in the deed as the "South half of the northwest quarter of Section 13 and the southeast quarter of Section 14 in Township one South of Range 67 West in the district of lands subject to sale at Denver City, Colorado containing One Hundred and Twenty acres."
Thomas Donelson built the first frame house between Ft. Lupton and Denver on his land.
In 1864 Laura Donelson died and was buried in the cemetery with Mary Blundell.
Thomas Donelson had a son, James E. in 1860. James died in 1869 and was buried with his mother.

Only video I’ve been able to find about this cemetery. I used to live in the neighborhood next to the cemetery it’s known as the “bird cage” because every street is named after a bird. I lived on Mockingbird. The house I lived in was extremely haunted and I had multiple experiences while living in the house back in 2015, I was 15 years old at the time. Moved out about a year later. I’ve been trying to research the area and the house for some time now and have hardly came across anything. Even just this short and simple video I appreciate a lot. Takes me back to when I lived there, visited the cemetery quite a few times just wondering around the area. Nice video!

Thank you. Unfortunately, there is really not too much information on this cemetery other than what I posted in the description from Adams County. The only thing we could do is go to the county and city archives which takes quite a bit of time. My guess is you are like me...we don't have that time due to jobs and family. My goal is to one day when I retire to go back and research more thoroughly all of my locations that I've video taped. Thank you for commenting!

Also, do you think those hauntings were residual hauntings (like a thumb print on glass) or intelligent hauntings where the ghost seemed to interact with you and know what it was doing? Just curious!
