In 8:30 u said if there is 3 grade 1 injury it’sa grade 3 injury but how if there is only 2 findings in grade 1

Thank you for your excellent video. I have a question about the first 17 y o blunt trauma with grade V injury. Would you conclude that the decision of non-operative management for such a high-grade injury based on patient's haemodynamic stability a safe approach even though the literature encourages operative management of grade V injuries? I think it's a very interesting case and has changed my concept of understanding blunt liver injuries. Thank you for sharing this video sir!
