Learning Objectives:
Explain how transducer frequency impacts image quality
Identify and describe the meaning of the information on an US image
Describe user controlled variables that can impact image quality
Summary:
Image optimization requires an understanding of the user variable settings
There are trade-offs in image optimization
Know how a change in a setting affects the image quality
Be able to interpret the data supplied on the image to understand what settings are being used or could be changed
