5 Min. Convert Dupatta/Scarf into Top| DIY | Refashion Clothes| Summer Special

Its a Do-It-Yourself (DIY)Converting a Scarf into Cute Summer Top in 5 Min.Its Damn Easy and looks super cute.For this m using here a Big-Scarf ,but you can use piece of Fabric/ Old Dupatta or Your Mom’s Saree.
Firstly, I will explain to you with the help of paper, Take a square paper, fold it twice, folding will help you get straight lines, then draw markings on these lines.
Cut along these lines, make sure all sies are equal. As you can see this will form shoulders, we ‘ll use straps to join them.
About the measurements, cut only 3Inches roughly on all sides on scarf, then try it and if you need, then only make the cuts deeper, according to your body size.
I am using here this Big-Scarf, but you can also use a piece of Fabric / Old Dupatta or cut-out from your mom’s saree for this.
M making cuts here same as I cut the paper.Make sure all sides are equal.
I am choosing Fabric-Glue to hem the edges, Fabric glue doesn’t go anywhere till 5-7 washes and works best on cotton and chiffon, and is not recommended for silk and satin. But you can go for straight stitches which are very simple to do.
When you are done heming the edges, cut a small piece of fabric and glue/stitch it to the end of cut to hem the corner and ensure that the cut doesn’t increase in size, Bigger ones here go around the arms and Smaller Ones form the neck.
You can either Stitch a lace after measuring your size or you can use Detachable Bra Straps.
To attach the hooks, we need to make small loops for which we’ll use needle and thread and make fine stitches forming tiny loops.insert the hooks on all sides and you are DONE!!!
ITS TOTALLY OPTIONAL, but you can attach a lace on all sides to make it look more cute.
