I think this actually shows how much Blur has matured as a band. They're focused on what really matters which is normal people appreciating and being with each other.
@Bi_scotti_59 жыл бұрын
People really need to be more accepting of change. The reason why the new videos are so different is because 1. The members are really busy with other projects 2. The album was literally just finished this year. 3. It is likely because of the setting of the album (Hong Kong, China) 4. It's art! They are allowed to do videos how they want. If anything, the band doesn't really have that much to do with the videos. It's someone else saying "We think this would be really cool" and they agree. I don't think they all convey the same meaning as the song, but it's a change and the videos are still good. Let's just enjoy these videos how they are, as well as the fact that this is probably Blur's best album so far besides maybe 13! And Blur is back together! We should all be excited, not whining about videos...

Not to mention that the dancing group are from San Francisco and they are dancing like how those aunties from mainland China do. Period. I love Blur though. :P

What do you got? Mass produced in somewhere hot You'll have to go on the Underground To get things done here (And then you have to see) 起右脚像右转圈,四步,托手。 If you need a yellow duck - service done This is a place to come to, or, well, it was I know a hot spot And if you have nobody left to rely on I'll hold you in my arms and let you drift It's got to be that time again And June, June will be over soon again So get yourself up, get past on your way There's nothing to be ashamed of Taking off again The 514 to East Grinstead (You've sent me off to see) We're going up, up, up, up, up Coursing on our greatest night 反方向重复“up, up, up, up, up”这句的动作 And talking types will let us down, again Talk, talk on your arse all night You wanna be there Step inside the tarmac ride To the land that crime forgot Oh, just don't go there Cracks inside the tarmac ride To the land that crime forgot, oh no And if you have nobody left to rely on I'll hold you in my arms and let you drift Going down to Lonesome Street Going down to Lonesome Street Lonesome Street Going down to Lonesome Street Lonesome Street Going down to Lonesome Street Lonesome Street

Am I the only one who absolutely adores this video??? It was almost hypnotizing... it was just calming, and peaceful, and I couldn't take my eyes off the dancing... it's just so _refreshing_ compared to normal music videos... I mean, music videos rarely even make sense anyway; they just have a lot of random shit going on to entertain you. This doesn't make much sense either, but I like how it's cute and simple and oddly mesmerizing instead of just busy, dramatic, and over-stimulating like most videos...
@tigerkite95206 жыл бұрын

Awesome video lol, the song is just so classic Blur, very 90's and so is the video. Actually you can just totally see this being all over Mtv in the 90's.
