What of the maneuver by the oncoming car at 16:29? Avoiding the stopped queue by using the wrong side of the road! Maybe it is a common maneuver when the gates are down, but it looks dodgy! '

Well spotted. I hadn't noticed that. I was looking at the train... He goes the wrong side of the island. Technically it's careless driving. And, as we've found out on another video, a traffic officer will prosecute for the potentially dangerous manoeuvre.

Thanks for all the useful videos Ryan. Is it alright to signal right while changing lane before the dual roundabout at 08:56 in video, where the driver made a major? or we can just check centre & right mirror and crawl back to right lane to go straight ahead and then keep in the right lane for the next roundabout?

@@PiyushSinghGaharwar-q7s you're very welcome. Mirrors - signal - manoeuvre. But On this one imagine that the lanes from the big roundabout are projected across the previous roundabout... Mirrors move into right lane, keep in the right hand side... Mirrors left, signal left (to leave the first roundabout), entering the right hand lane after leaving. Mirrors signal right, third exit. Follow the white dotted line after the 2nd exit, mirrors signal left, just before you move across. Maintaining signal, leave the roundabout... Mirrors signal right at the triangle sign saying about joining the DC A189. Check mirrors, quick look to side, foot down, join at c. 50mph if possible... Sit on A189, give yourself a big smile... It's hard work that junction. Might do a video on it.

I failed at 9.20 and 11.45 a month ago because I stayed on the right most lane while exiting the roundabout and I mistook that T- junction at 11.45 for a Roundabout and tried to turn left when I was in the right lane.

Yes. One of my pupils did that. It can be confusing. I think you need local knowledge for this. The signs aren't helpful.

Lots of people keep saying" Go to Blyth for the test if you want to pass it " I don't think that is true. Wherever you drive, it's the same role apply. Might be a bit quieter, which is good.

@Nav1g8r1 I always disagree when some said that. To be able to pass the driving test you have to keep practicing. I passed my 3 weeks ago with Gosforth testing Centre. Even though I passed it with 1st attempt but wasn't that easy. Just as long as you don't give up you will get it at the end.
