Sir my parents are planning to build home with taking loan. They are having a plan to keep ground floor and basement for rental source and 1st floor for living. It will incur 1 Cr approx. Should we only build 1 floor only for living or we should go as per their thought of having rental income from basement and ground floor. Rental demand is average in our location. @@amanarora.07 I know you are right I have stopped blindly following any KZbinr Invest In Bharat made a live video in 2021 showing live buying of CAMS at 3300/- I also followed this investment. Now since 2021, the stock is in loss. Invest in Bharat makes recommendations only in his conviction. He doesn’t study the trend of the stock. He also kept recommending Dmart. Since 2021, Dmart is in down trend. I know buying is my responsibility and not of any KZbinr. I do not watch any KZbinr regularly. Wealth Saga taught technical analysis very well during 2020, I learnt a lot. Vivek Singhal speaks based upon charts and technical. Although he is dreamy about target prices, but in case of CAMS, I am assured that my loss will be recovered. I learnt from BM about portfolio sizing. I disagree with BM about avoiding large caps like Infosys etc. I believe we must heavily invest in a few large caps, which is the best long term strategy. So the point is I keep collecting unbiased learnings from many KZbin channels instead of blindly following anybody.
