Congratulations brother ! Amazing to see our Indian flag! How much would be the Monthly emi for 800 K $ home ( 20% deposit payed ) . Of course, 10% deposit is also option for 1st time buyers I guess Also plz tell me is PR mandatory or residence visa holder are eligible as well. Of course after 2 year it can be converted to PR.
