i would like to know does it support AUTO FOCUS < aND IS IT GOOD auto focus for natural moving speed poeple for canon ef lens for exMPLE?

It does have autofocus but only contrast based, so it is not good. I shoot with manual focus and recommend it. Canon has fantastic AF, and unfortunately the BMPCC 4K cannot compete in that department.

"Off speed" is just any framerate that is not your project frame rate. So if you set your project framerate in camera to 24 fps and you film at the "off speed" framerate of 48, you'll get 2x slow motion as those frames will play back at 24fps. You can even set it "offspeed" to a framerate lower than your project framerate.

Oh and you can go up to 60FPS in 4k and anything above that up to 120FPS is HD (1080p) with cropped sensor!
