Great Video, I am going to install mine this week on my 2018 Charger RT. I am also going to install an aluminum DDS one piece driveshaft. What driveshaft are you using? How close was your alignment after the install?

Thanks I appreciate it! I also run the DSS Driveshaft it’s been holding up really well. Honestly when you mark your lockouts they are prettt much bang on and shouldn’t require an alignment. Just take your time loosening the bolts and allow just enough space to slide the lockouts in and everything should be just about perfect 👍🏻

Thanks! Actually the alignment was spot on when I took it to the alignment shop. I really think the key is to mark the top of the cradle at all for corners to guarantee the alignment.

Loosen front bolt, do not remove and you can pry the tabs off without drilling. When you take the bolt out it will flex too much

Now you tell me after the job is done. 😂. Well hopefully this advice can help the next person attempting to remove those tabs at least it’s another option 👍🏻

Where are you jacking up from, and where are you placing your stands? Want to do this to my 17 rt

Make sure you chalk the front wheels so it doesn’t roll on you. Then I jack directly under the rear differential. Once I got the car high enough I placed the jack stands beside the rubber mounts just in front of the rear wheel mounts. Thanks for watching 👍🏻
