just got my rear cradle back up into my guard 6-speed GT/PP. Delrin cradle bushings, billet diff bushings, full shperical vertical links, and lower control arm bearings. throwing the wheels back on tomorrow, and I can't wait for that first hard launch!

I have a 2016 Mustang GT, non magna ride, I lowered it on H&R springs almost 2 inchs, and added almost everything BMR you have in this video other then the new bushings in the rear-end it self and the BMR springs, for the most part I only put BMR suspension in my car to get rid of the bad camber I got in the rear once I lowered it 2 inchs, NOW since adding all these parts I have an annoying metal sounding clunk when I drive the car at low speeds, feels like whenever the ground level changes the suspension moves it clunks. I dont notice it at higher speeds only low speeds, Ive had 2 different shops look at it and also my own shop, and no one can find where the noise is coming form other then drivers rear end, this has been going on for a few months, now I have removed EVERYTHING aside from the upper link and rear as I dont want to get the camber back, and its still doing it. Also I forgot to add I also switched the rear sway bar to BMR. any idea on what is doing it and how to fix it? I know its not effecting the car but its driving me nuts, also with all this and the stop the hop parts I still have a nasty wheel hop, also the upper Camber Link on both sides of my car hit the frame when I hit a bump, and no that isn't the noise im hearing as at first we thought that so we filed the upper kinks down to clear and it doesnt hit anymore but still hear the noise. how do you design a part that has to be modified to work ?

Finally!! Been waiting on you guys so I can get rid of that nasty wheel hop! When will your suspension products be available to buy???? :)

We are still working on the production version of the parts. The designs are pretty much finalized and most parts should available within the next month.

Awesome! Looking forward to it!

BMR: awesome work!! Well u guys be making an installation video or is this something that a shop needs to do?
@BMRSuspensioninc9 жыл бұрын
We don't have plans for an install video as of right now. That could certainly change, though. We will have parts that anyone could install in their driveway with basic hand tools, and parts where the installation is more involved. If you want to give Kelly a call he can explain the differences in the parts and give you a better idea of when everything will be available.

BMRSuspension so, is the "BK047 - Bushing Kit, Rear Cradle, Poly" all you need????
@Hot-1LE7 жыл бұрын
your drive shaft at 1:45 seems to have a hose clamp on it. did you guys have the misbalanced driveshaft causing vibrations?
@BMRSuspensioninc7 жыл бұрын
What you're seeing is the factory clamp for the CV dust boot. That is how the factory shafts come.

Have their level 2 kit and it still wheel hops. What a waste of $

Technically the phenomenon is wheel shudder. Not wheel hoop. The difference is vertical load on the tire does not oscillate at the same frequency as the omega oscillation. Refer to a paper presented as the at the 2003 MSC.Adams user conference about video correlation and the 2003 Mustang Cobra wheel shudder behavior. The problem is compliance is the drivetrain. The proper solution is a dual mass flywheel. www.burford-eng.com/Wheel_Shudder.wmv

Ford really screwed the pooch on this design 😳

No factory car will give you the best bushings/control arms etc. Factory parts are all about keeping the car safe and ride smoother. I bet you anything with all these bmr parts the rear end will feel so harsh. Sure…wheel hop gets eliminated but will sacrifice ride quality. With that being said i cant wait to change out my factory parts lol

@@TheDickMan_ I agree with you 100%. Lucky my issue I was having with my GT was a bad wheel bearing.
