Thanks! Yes, this training mission is hard. A lot of switchology, and in severe darkness :) But the TFR and the FLIR are awesome tools and fun to use in combat once you got it!

Thanks! This mission is quite challenging with all the tests, and these fly-ups can be very irritating if they catch you off guard. I'm also struggling with all the abbreviations and acronyms and I'm and mixing them up all the time (DMS-TMS, TFR-FLIR,...)

Thanks! When I first setup TrackIr I downloaded a profile form the BMS forum, which I then adapted and customized to my needs. It's a lot of trial and error, and personal preference, I think. What I didn't like was the reflector clip that came with my TrackIR. It was jittery and very susceptible other light sources. I then got the Delanclip, and it was a huge improvement.

Stevie, which Block F-16 are you using here? The *ICP FLIR Lvl* rocker doesn't animate in any of the jets I've flown in so far: F-16B 15; C 40/42; C50/52.

This is a ROKAF Block 52. The FLIR Lvl isn't animated at all afaik, only the BRT wheel on the left is.

Are you editing the training files to customize the kneeboards (wdp I assume), or do you have to convert to normal te's first? Also, where are the individual pages for the checklists stored?

These are the vanilla Training Missions, I only edit the kneeboard with the help of Weapon Delivery Planner. Is FLIR any help at spotting planes, at night? The snap-look feature is nausea inducing .. but might be useful for scanning the night sky up ahead for bogeys

Interesting idea, worth a try. Although I think it might be easier to use the FCR to find bandits and the TGP to VID them. And regarding snaplook, I rarely use it to be honest. I find Look-into-Turn more useful, for anything else I find it easier to just point my jet where i want to look.
