This is an introductory video about Building Management System or BMS which is also known as Building Automation System or BAS.
Building management systems or BMS help in the control & monitoring of HVAC(Heating Ventilation and air conditioning systems) which results in the safe and comfortable working environment, increase energy efficiency, and reduces time and cost.
BMS Building Management System controls and monitor AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Boilers, VFD, and many more systems.
BMS consists of Workstation Computer, DDC Controllers, and field devices(duct temperature sensors, humidity sensors, valve actuators, damper actuators, pressure transmitters, DPS, etc.)
BMS also provides functions like time schedules, remote control & monitoring of the full system, Alarm management, improved system reporting.

Hello Eid, Usually BMS programming softwares are vendor specific which needs to be licensed. Also mostly these softwares allow online simulation while connected to the system.
