. It is very important to understand DDC Panel wiring diagram to learn about Building Automation System. DDC stands for Direct Digital Control. DDC panel consist of DDC controller, Input Output(IO) Modules, Transformers, fuses and other components.
Wires from field devices and MCC panels are terminated on the terminals of DDC panel.
It is very important to understand the internal wiring of DDC panel to troubleshoot issues faced during Testing & Commissioning of DDC panel and for maintenance of Building Management System(BMS). In this video we discussed about DDC Panel wiring diagram in details.

Great video. Could you make the resolution easier to read, the content is perfect but it would benefit us if we could read the schematic. Any videos regarding the wiring between the Field controllers and the field devices such as this, are extremely helpful. My goal is to be able to look at the field devices in an AHU and be able to tell someone what size and how many wires should be coming into the panel. Thanks and subscribed.

Thank you for your comment. PLC are specially designed for industrial application and are much more faster and sophisticated to handle harsh industrial environments. While DDC are used for building automation system. Programming of DDC is easier than PLC. PLC also allow redundant configurations unlike DDCs. Hope I answered your question

This video is very useful..U mentioned N1024-sw2 command only how we can do status wiring for SW-2 2 end switch and do u have any wiring connection for Danfoss valve

SW2 contains 2 switches named A and B and we have 6 terminals, 3 terminals for each switch(common, NC, NO). You can refer to datasheet for connection details.

Amazing video! I'm a programmer and new in electrical. Most times i found in the DDC document, tye digital inputs and outputs have a remark: dry contact. What does it mean? How is it implemented in the diagram?

Dry contact means its a Normally open (NO) or Normally close (NC) contact of a relay or other switching device without any voltage on it. Hope you get the answer.
