My oldest son spent 25 years in the US ARMY, and I only got to see him in two ceremonies; when he got commissioned as a 2nd Lt. and I pinned him when he became a Captain. I wanted so badly to be there for him, but I couldn’t afford it. I really enjoyed sharing your joy and pride with your son. You can be very proud of all three of your children. They are going to be great citizens and do great things.
