this might sound really dumb but i have been listening to bmth for about 4 years and the more i listen to them, the more special they get to me. the house of wolves is an amazing song , and to me its about the reality of death and self hatred. not trying to sound like a weirdo but i actually cry when i watch oli preform live. he is literally so amazing and talented and i can feel the emotion in his songs. i'm not afriad to admit that bring me the horizon saved my life.

I know I'm hella late but Oli actually did blow his own voice out. Just like a speaker, if you scream too loud for too long, your vocal cords will die. He had to get throat surgery just to be able to keep singing.

My theory is that he was overworking himself for too long without proper pacing and was too numb to feel the damage he was causing because of the Ketamine. That's just my theory though.

I remember listening Braille and Pray for Plagues as a kid and getting told to turn that noise down. Back then BMTH was a fairly unknown band here but seeing the same bunch of guys getting it on in sold out Wembley a few years later, it really warms my heart. Zanny Reflections you explained the point just perfectly haha. I agree 100% with the F**K religion message, but he flips of while singing "I'll bow to your king when he shows himself", it's ironic flippin of something you are sure that doesn't exist .
