BMW #1 REAR Overhaul, Reinforcements & Bushings [E36 Project Ep 8]

Finally saved up all the parts to overhaul the rear suspension! In this 2 part video, we will be removing the subframe assembly to weld reinforcement plates on the rear mounting locations. Why we have everything out of the car we will install solid aluminum bushing and monoball trailing arm bearings,Putting our welded diff in. Once everything is back in the car we will install a new set of BC coilovers! Drift tease at the end!

Did this on my E46 3 years ago, also on jackstands. So glad I 1. have a lift now 2. Don't have to do this over again

Good video. Thanks for the upload. I've got to say though, you think your car was rusty underneath?!?! You should take a look under any UK car like mine and you will realise how lucky you are. The salt kills them over here.
