Helmut, Thanks for your video. This BMW is not available in the U.S. When will you be doing a video on the 2022 RAV 4 Prime? Just to let you know here in Oregon State in the U.S. my wife and I have been driving our 2022 RAV 4 Prime SE, (base model), since March. We now have well over 5,000 miles. This SUV, All Wheel Drive, is the most fuel efficient vehicle for its weight and size that I know of being available here in the US. Now with summer temperatures our pure electric range with a full battery is 50-55 miles. When the battery is depleted the gas engine in pure hybrid mode has been remarkable. 168 miles of hybrid mode was 52.9 MPG. The dash gauge calculated it as 53.2 MPG, pretty close. Fuel is 87 octane, regular grade gas here, with 10% ethanol. I bet when you get a chance to drive one you will get 60 electric miles and 60 miles per gallon (U.S.) with a depleted battery. Its the most fuel efficient vehicle we have owned . Loaded with me and my wife and all our fishing gear on an Oregon Dept. of Transportation weight scale is about 4, 750 lbs.

do you think the 223i could get close to these figures? or the displacement of the engine is too big and the 223i is less economical? I am torn between a 220i and 223i. On one hand I would like the HP of the 223i, on the other I am not convinced I would really use that power.
