I ordered a US Spec 2023 M340i xdrive here in Germany. It's built and in transit as of last week. Thank you for highlighting some of the differences between the German and US spec. I wish we had the alcantara seat inserts or steering wheel on the US specs. Mine is Dravit Grey with black vernasca leather and blue stitching. I did get the adaptive suspension. Great review!

@@michaellackie6274 Nice! I did get the package but I cannot stand two toned wheels. I wish I could have gotten that package with black wheels and non run flats. It’s alright though, I’m good for hitting a curb or two anyways 😂

Touring all the way!! I'm not buying a Bimmer cuz the touring isn't avail in the US 😠20" rims are PHAT, I'd buy them. Thomas is 100% correct, manual climate controls provide a superior driving experience and eliminating the gearshift lever takes away from the sporty feeling that makes Bimmers special. The 3 series would be perfect with manual climate and preset buttons, a smaller grille and a gear knob. I also don't like the single screen, just because Mercedes does it doesn't mean that's what people want. I don't want my car to shove a widescreen TV in my face.
