hello, the model is 320d in the years 2011-2015. the model 328 is equal. in the case there are two chips to hang up. a plug is light and the other is the 12v plug. there may be models without these connections. all connections are place on the cover.

I bought from an online store but you can buy in a regular store. I used a Torx key but their screws may be different. . Visit my channel has more interesting videos.

218i (year 2014) ，i have bought the new cabin air filter already but strange, that is 2 pieces filter need to change. I tried to search the front near the engine but did not find and tried to find out the locate same as your 320 but seems Incorrect. Maybe this model is new, i cant found any info on net. The dealer holded away the user handbook, super inconvenience!

yes your filter is in two parts. there is a website where you can see all parts for your car and the series of numbers of the number parts. research bmw parts catalog on google. there can you see the part where the filter is installed. I think that is the top of the right engine. good luck
