Hows the average in city n highway and wat abt maintainance cost

@@sanketthakker7396 city around 6.5 to 7kmpl. Highway Hyderabad to Bangalore i got around 13 to 14kmpl. General oil and filter service is affordable. But you will spend around 1 lakh for major service in a old second hand one. New radiator, brakes, transmission fluid, engine oil, coolant, all filters, etc. After that general service is around 25k per year.

@@sanketthakker7396 diesel maintenance is tougher than petrol. The engines are much noisier. Fuel efficiency is maybe 1 to 2 kmpl more in diesel. Look for a petrol with less running and drive it to check everything. Major cost area for repair is transmission/gearbox and suspension. If those need replacement it will cost you over 2 lakhs. Mercedes and bmw is cheaper than Audi for parts at third party garages. Go for bmw 3 series petrol or merc c class petrol.

If you can get it checked at a genuine BMW service centre & the reports are good, only then go for it. Otherwise it might burn a hole in your pocket.

The best that you can get in a 320i in city & highway should be around 9 & 13 Kmpl respectively. 330i will be a little more thirsty.
