hands down one of my favorite bmw designs, bringing together the last of the simple styling from previous cars like e9x, with the gran coupe styling like audi rs cars but not quite wagon, my favorite sweet spot of BMW. I honestly believe if there were a ‘G36’ or gran coupe 4 series for the newer lineup, the large kidneys would look great with this body style. However this is the best of both worlds. 2017 gotta be the last year for great non-M cars imo.

Can you compare this to the fully loaded 540? Im stuck between 2020 440i and the 540i. The 440 exterior looks better to me but that 540 interior is much better.

Needs bootmod3 with charge pipe and intake. You drive one like that you'll never want a stock BMW again.

I like that interior color the best. Mine has the white interior and it's nice but, I prefer the contrast. Kind of a gas guzzler, mainly because I can't stay out of sport 😀. City driving eats gas though but, highway is pretty good and it can go from San Diego to L.A. in a 1/3 tank if you really try and there's no traffic.

I hate the San Diego traffic even in my lame sentra, i will do kinda bad on gas in traffic. Open highway doing 70 is the only way i see mpgs in the 40s otherwise im usually avg 34

So the steering can be light enough for one hand steering and at the same time can be set to be much harder if you want it that way?

When you have adaptive suspension and you put the car in eco or comfort then, the car has really light steering. When you put the drive mode into sport or sport+ the steering gets stiffer and the car squats a little bit more. You can also configure sport mode to have the light steering in the vehicle settings menu. The tech in this car is pretty awesome and I'm always learning new about little quirks you can configure and customize.
