I love the M6 Gran coupe but yeah a 650i gran coupe xdrive is a better buy. awd plus enough power that you'll still b faster than 90% of ppl u overcome on the road!

I guess BMW thinks your not going to see it unless you get down on one knee. When standing at the back of the car, you can't see the top of the inside of the trunk.

Question for you. Why does BMW make their cars so big and heavy these days? Steering has definitely changed as well. Definitely not as visceral or tactile as my 2004 ZHp. Was this a conscious effort to make the 5 and 6 series bigger, more heavy, more luxurious, as to opposed to more fun in the twisties? It seems like if you really want to have fun, you have to go to an M235i.

Hi Dave The M's are designed after the normal production model is out and is for sale. So if we look at the buyer for 5 & 6 series vehicles, they are not looking for a race car. The Motorsport division of BMW has lightened the cars a little bit with carbon fiber. With technology you can change the behavior of the M with just a touch of the button. You mentioned the M235i, I would say the M3 & M4 are in that same boat.

Scott, found your channel about two months ago when I began shopping for my 6 series here in KS. I've since enjoyed watching all, especially the recent M4, but I have specific questions about this car and how you were able to blackout the door handle trim and side grills. Do you know if these were black vinyl wraps? I'm getting a 2017 650 in Alpine White & black interior and I think black exterior accents will look awesome. My dealership here in Wichita is a little lacking of knowledge in this area and any info you might be able to pass along would be great.

Except the M6 has 115 more horsepower than the 650, which is a big difference to some people.

+Dave Gleason True but ECU tunes do exist. It's commonly said if you buy the model right underneath the M models for BMW you can get more performance and save a lot of money.
