Hi, I have a problem with my bmw 6 gt, the car feels so bumpy on the road and it's not comfotable as before, I hear every single noise on the the road, when I hear the noises I think that the windows is open but there are no window open, I don't no if the problem from the tyres I use perille run flat tyre can you please give me a hint or a solution for this problem,😢 please replay as soon as possible and the car still new I bought it bran new in 2021 pleas HELP!!!!!

Hi, the pirelli run flats do pick up some road noises. Since there is no way for me to tell you whether the noise level is high in your car or not, I shall suggest the below Please go to the showroom, test drive another 6gt on the same road, and measure the noise level. If the levels are the same , then I think you have your expectations set high 😊. If not , then ask the service center to resolve it. I hope you have the warranty still active for the car in case something needs to be changed to fix it. Keep an eye for wind noise and rattling noise inside the cabin while driving . If you notice any, let the service center know and ask them to fix it. Most importantly drive another 6gt and check.

The problem is that I live in uae the 6 gt is so rare here, and the showroom doesn't have any other 6 gt 😅 the car is still new and still in warranty it has 45,000km only

I go to them before for the same problem and I told them , If they can let me do a test drive for the 6 gt they were confused by the model because it isn't popular that much in here, and I ask the service center many time to check they told me that this thing is normal because the car has no door frame but the noise is too much and the car feels so bumpy , on the other hand I will try with them again, I hop they will find a solution and I will try to replace the tyre with michlen normal tyre not run flat

Understood. I was under the impression that you are in India. It would have been easy to get a test drive here. Speaking about the car being bumpy , that is not usual for sure. It's extremely comfortable and the air suspension works really well. And that has nothing to do with the tyres too. And there roads should be way better than what we have here. I belive the air suspension should be just fine since the car is just close to 3 years old. Please get the wheel balancing and alignment done. Check for wheel bends that would cause vibrations at high speeds . Also the 2 series also has frameless doors, you can check that of its available there. the m4 also has frameless doors you can check that as well. And you can opt for tubeless tires from Michelin or continental for road noise reduction , they work well.

Guess opting for the service packages sure helps keep one sane for the consumable cost 😅. Ratchet Sir the first filter is that cabin or AC filter thing? 10k for that.. Whereas the Oil filter is pretty cheap considering BMW billing.. Would really love to see the video about Service packages and does that really help you a lot!! Also would you be taking a look at the new 620d M sport? Atleast specs on paper makes it look really mehh!!

Hey bro, opting for the service do help but it makes more sense for the first 3 years. I shall give a clear picture why in a dedicated video. And yeah that one is the AC filter. The 620d.. well the same 2 litre diesel engine that's there right from the 3 series. The 6gt as a whole is meant for practicality. Now that the 630d is not there, if you need all the bells and whistles there was only the 630i signature edition which has all packed. But now with bmw introducing the 620d signature edition people have a choice when they want to choose an efficient engine.

How is this car's body roll? what is your opinion?

The ground clearance is low , so you hardly experience any body roll. I drove the new X7 40d and the first thing I noticed compared to 630d was the bodyroll. Also I have driven the car in almost all hills in south. My wife had the habit of throwing up during hill drives ,but in this car she has never even had that sensation. So you can imagine.

Sir is bmw finance is good or other banks incase of EMI , which is less in interest upto your knowledge ?

I availed the loan from bmw finance . At that time they gave the best interest rate which no other bank could provide. Well they also are in tie ups with banks but their rate of interest was less . So just do a comparison and there is always room for bargaining when it comes to rate of interest.

Congratulations on your quality content sir. I'm a q3 diesel owner from chennai using it since 4 years, clocked 70k kms, so far a smooth sail, except the roof line sagging due to parking in outdoors extended times. You have mentioned the service cost to be 27k , so that is absorbed by the package you had or had to pay that as extra ? Considering a used 630d ! Would you suggest going for one ? If so, please advise me on points I need to consider! Thanks in advance .

Hey bro, thanks a lot. 4 years and 70k , good usage 👍 . Yeah the 27k gets absorbed in your package and you need not pay a penny. 630d is a gem. A perfect mix of performance, comfort and luxury. The chennai onroad price of the 630d in 2021 was approx. 97 lakhs.

Yup 😀, now there is no 30d because of the new emissions norms and giving a 30d engine with higher state of tune will even see a steep price hike. So they stopped giving the 30d engine in 5 and 6 series .

The msport signature is the variant with all the bells and whistles matching the 630d. The other msport do not come with all features .

How is your warranty getting over now? The warranty is applicable for 3 years right?

Yes, thats right. I have got few more months for warranty to get expired but for service pack it's 3 years/40k kms which I will be clocking in few weeks. And after that the pack will not be applicable.
