These care are absolutely amazing and there is only 1 thing stopping me from getting one and thats all of the little electrical niggles that can occur. And nothing is cheap in terms of preventative maintainence or full on servicing of a problem. Glad to hear you got your money back but I'm willing to bet you do miss it somewhat despite the problems.

lol... i remember that light... this car gave me some serious problems. it was a blast tearing up the rentals though. i miss it sometimes...

@ukiepimpin --- i think the problems u have wit the car is for your battery! its passing low voltage! thats why u have so many errors.. that happend to me like a month ago.. At the first time I restarted the car and it was all good, but weeks later i didn't work anymore.. so I took it at the dealer and they told me it was my battery.. i got a new one and everything works perfect.. :D

Had the same problem with my 08 e60 M5, replaced the battery and it fixed everything.

Those cars are known for electrical problems. If I bought one, I'd put that fact into consideration and also consider that I'd never fix it as it cost an arm and a leg to repair. I'd use that thing until the car is on its last legs. It's ad, but true!

could have been parking break malfunction I know that tires into the abs and all the other junk. Sometimes the plastic teeth on the parking break go bad and throw everything else off. So its either that or the battery or both.

Never buy bmw again, i had a 2001 740il and it was at the shop more than my garage it had low mileage and it always needed atleast 2000 dollars a month on repairs, if you want a bmw i recommend you to not get one , my friend has a 2011 bmw 323i and it has problems in the car waste of junk, stick with mercedes #1 and Audi #2
