Just ordered my catted downpipe today. I'm at stage 1 MHD and stage 2 xhp. Can't wait to install it. At 93k with stage 1, figured a little bit power would be great. Also hear the exhaust.

How is the reliability soo far . How many pulls do u do and the 0-60 time with the tune .

No problems so far other than with the Pcv vent and seems to be solved with the Ross Racing solution. I have a rear wheel drive so I put larger tires on back and now putting all the power to the road. 500 hp seems to be the sweet spot. Haven’t clocked 0-60 yet. I hope to soon !

Nice video man. Does it feel more turbo lag to you after the stage 2? I am tracking my m240i and I am really afraid of the torque to become way too non-linear and hard to control.

Thanks man! I personally haven't experienced any more noticeable lag. I have been very well satisfied with stage 2. No complaints. My 340i is also Xdrive so it really stays straight at least with street driving.

Why did you sell the s6? Do you like 340i or the s6 better?

Great question, I love both cars for sure. The S6 was FBO and I didn't intend to try to push the limits any further as I was well satisfied with the power it was making. From a content standpoint there obviously is only so much you can do with each platform so I sold it to move on to the next build. Still shopping for a replacement, but the market is still extremely tough right now. Probably going to see what things look like towards the end of the year. As for S6 vs 340i I will lean to the 340i as the transmission is much better ZF8 over older DL501 DSG. hope that helps! 😀

@@Christian-cg8bl not that much louder. It does have a but more growl to it for sure. Currently have it paired with AWE axle back and stock mid pipe with both resonators in tact. Id say its perfect for a daily driver. Hope that helps!

Nice straight shooting videos. I'm thinking of a similar catted downpipe on the G32. How's the smell? I'm in CA so also thinking about what smog check headaches it may cause. Ultimate goal is stage 2 with flex fuel because we have easy local E85

Probably not haha FBO S55 cars make some serious power. FBO B58s are no joke either but I would imagine I'd probably need a bigger turbo with fueling upgrades etc. to keep up.

Stage 2+ E30 is on another level...get a TU pump for like $350 and throw in 8 gallons of E85 with 91.

Hi there So I am looking at getting a car in a year or so that I would like to keep for a 5 - 7 years. I would like to tune this car a bit, not go crazy and it will be our only car, therefore a daily driver. I would like to know if you where making this decision which would you choose? Both of the below cars I can get for about the same money. So the decision is between a newer less powerfull car or an older car with more power. Audi A3 2.0 T 2019 OR BMW 340i Sport 2016 Thoughts?

If it was between those 2 specific cars I'd probably get the A3 Quattro. Newer, lower miles, etc. I'm always reluctant to get any first year introductory models being 2016 was the first YM for gen 1 B58. Just my 2 cents! Thx

@@wimlotz713 In terms of performance to value... The B58 is superior. Much easier to get more power with less parts etc. Bolt on and tune easily can do 400whp on 93. With the Audi 2.0T your looking at upgraded turbo to get to that level. I do feel more confident in the 17+ models for reliability.

All you need is downpipe, plugs and the tune (highly recommend XHP transmission tune)

Thanks for watching. I think for a daily driver at that stage 1-2 level of power an LSD probably isn't worth it IMO. If you have the funds to do it and you're keeping the car long term it might be worth it but entirely up to you!
