A mi también me parece una línea de producción para tener en casa ,se nota que China controla el litio .en lo que ellos fabrican miles aquí en Europa jugamos a fabricar baterias o eso me parece viendo estas imágenes

12 or 16 cells per module, 8 or 10 modules per EV. With toilet breaks, he'll manage to make one complete battery in a days work. I drive on these cells in my i3 and they are indeed of consistent high quality and hardly needs any balancing. This is obviously a test cell production line. The bulk of them are made in Korea by Samsung.
