BMW Bootmod3 Stage 1 & Launch Control

With the limiter turned off I'm not entirely sure, but we did get to 130 mph pretty easy.

It's automatically adjusted after you put on the tune

Those gauges are not accurate. I have stage 1 in my 19 F32 440xi.. Gauges show 500hp and 550lb-ft, which is obviously way above stage 1 numbers, since my actual dyno after tune was 386whp and 410lb-ft tq. When flooring it hp and torque gauges go way above 400.

Yeah, we are aware the butt dyno isn't accurate but it's still fun to see an increase in power 😀

Nope, haven't put it on a dyno and sadly it will never see one.

@@kbautoproject ah man, I'm thinking about doing stage 1 on my F30 N26 EWG 2015 without downpipe. But i do have intake and AWE exhaust. How much boost do i think i will get?

Well you can't boost past 21 psi unless you have a custom tune that allows more boost. Honestly I'm not even sure how much boost the stock turbine can handle past 21psi. Hope that helps.

It's safe, it keeps the same stock boost at a max of 21psi

What was the 0-60?

Didn't have numbers for that day, but with a catless downpipe upgrade we ran 0-60 in 4.6 seconds.

What Octane did you select? Wondering if there’s a big difference between 91 and 93. Cheers

I used 91 octane, also using a 91 octane tune.

Great thx. Have you come across any issues, is there anything you regret doing or would do? I am looking at just doing the stage one tune. I test drove the M340i and my 328i feels just average.

@@simontai1 As of right now I haven't run in to any reliability issues. I think a stage 1 tune with some supporting mods is perfect if your looking to get more out of your car without worrying about blowing it up. Just my opinion though 💁
