BMW E30 (M20) Valve Adjustment

Decided we needed to adjust the valves on our M20 engine in our BMW 325is, No clue when it was last done.
Threw in a little game of read the spark plug while we were at it. Don't forget to give us your read on the spark plugs down in the comments. Did we read them right? Do you see any big issues?

I think you both are doing an incredible job that's not a small task, and you both tackled it, and you can not ask for more than that, guys. I do not know much about BMW, but I know our 08 fmf expedition has that same sound, and it's an overhead cam 5.4. I really love the early 70s 2002. This BMW, I am not sure of the generation or how long that body style lasted but sure is good-looking, and my step-dad says they are one of the best BMWs ever made. Have a great day, guys.

The E30 body style we have is the second generation 3 Series, which was made from 1982-1994. This is the platform the first M3 was made on and I think the platform BMW built their reputation of fun to drive reliable cars on.
