Same here. Feels like the front is lifting off of the ground and steering becomes light and numb. I’m pretty sure my front toe is factory. Camber if I remember is -2.3°.

at around 2:20 when you mention the 420g and are looking for 3rd, is that to imply the 420g could be better?

The 420G transmission is fantastic. These transmissions however can develop bad synchros over time if driven hard by someone who shouldn’t be driving. For example, someone just ramming gears and not shifting properly.

Thank you so much! I actually built these myself. I used super bright LED Angel eyes from eBay, Morimoto 3” projectors and new lenses. The intake duct is a pvc reducer from 4” to 3” and it fit perfectly. Just trimmed the inside of the 4” side to fit the Angel eye.

Absolutely. I think a V8 would be a little too rowdy (torquey) but the S54 in an e30 vert would be awesome!

Awesome car. An E30 s65 would be cool. Lighter engine, significantly more horsepower, more compact engine so less engine in front of axle. The ultimate e30 swap would be S65 in an e30 M3.

I can agree to that! With more power and about the same torque as the S54, it would be an epic combo! The swaps are out there but it’s tough to get an S65 in an e30 unless you spend big money.

@@MeccaWerks i have an m52 B28 touring.... had a ride in an S54 swapped race car... Standalone ECU and tuned by a wizard with S54s here in the UK... it was a weapon!

@@MeccaWerks The law says that power can be increased only by 20% compared to regular model and you can’t compare to M3. So the power limit is maximum 230hp (comparing to e30 320is). If we get new car modification law accepted, then it will be based only power/ weight ratio and then the limit will be 320hp.

@@DUSTMOVERSEnglish That’s crazy! I thought the laws over in California were crazy! But that’s just...wow! So you’d be looking at an M5x swap then to stay around 240hp. I just read that to my fiancé and she was even baffled about it.
