Modifying an e36 is one of my dreams

Just be ready to weld a whole lot, thought i bought a almost rustrfree chassi but no, the engine was fawked after two months and i went to jack up the car and the jack went through the rocker panels, after i bought new engine and all i found out every point the suspension was bolted to the chassi i would have to weld reinforcement plates… its been two years😢
