Useless to go more 3500 RPM as the max torq of this engine (with the turbo of origine) is in between 2200 rpm and 3500 rpm. More rpm is useless, consume more petrol. Unless you change the turbo for the right one. Then ok. Same with chip tuning, same even with 1.5 bar turbo. The turbo’s geometry simply can’t provide the best power over 3500 rpm.
