Nice car. The M57 is a great engine. I have the saloon model...but not with 400hp!! This makes me wonder, what mods do you need to make the e46 chassis handle such torque, as the rear axle mounting points are known to crack even on stock power...

Rear axel mounting points you can easy upgrade whit some steel plates, allsow you need powerflex bushes and that is all. The axel and diferential stock are very strong!

Amazing project on legendary car. Can you please tell me what was your 0-100km/h time after all of the modifications and around how much K in EUR did all of this work cost you?

I never make a test from 0 to 100km/h on horizont road, all the time the car starts uphill and took like 5 sec to 100km/h. The car cost me arround 25000 euro car included, a lot off money did go in the suspension and bodywork for the car.

@@bogdanpascu9945 Turbina era facuta la TurboCustom dar acum exista variante mai avansate, presiunea maxima era pe la 2.5 bar...daca nu ma insel si facea circa 5500 rpm dar se incazea tare daca mergeam cu ea pana la 5500rpm fara methanol, boost-ul era sus dupa 3500rpm ca nu aveam nevoie de putere la putine ture, cel mai important la motor au fost serpi( evacuare custom) intrucat tragea foarte liniar masina si motorul avea un comportament mult mai bun decat cu evacuarea stock. Senzor presiune rampa de e90, pompa R90, injectoare de 535d 278cp

Hi, i know that fly wheel from M5 cand be fited but need some modification. I had on my car M5 clutch and single mass fly wheel made by a company name atixambreaje they have doog stuff and very low prices!

Stock rear axle whit torser diff, and short ratio. NM depends off the final drive the most shorter one 2.98 iff i remember broke in 2 race. Whit normal final drive 2.43 i never broke axle or diff.

I put a solid with 6 paddle copper plate clutch made v bad chatter at idle, have now put standard set up and about 10% of chatter remains Is this release bearing or actual gearbox damage ?:(

About 850-900 NM but whit 4500rpm, i was not interested to have big torque for hillclimb is better to have liniar acceleration
