Modifying a car is an art for sure. Some people do not understand how to mod their car properly. If i ever buy an E46 M3 i would mod my car the same way as you did. But i'd go Supersprint race exhaust instead of diablo

Alex DeShetler Get a 330ci and grab some winter tires. M3 as a daily through winters would be a very bad idea as a first car imo. I own an E46 M3 but Ive never winter driven it although i live in Mass. I have an e36 323 as a daily

ShaowMasta As the title says its an E46 M3. The M3 generation made between '00-'06. A nice one is with 70kish miles will probably run you around $18k in most parts of the united states. After market parts vary in price depending upon what you buy and where.
