Doesn't matter.You can't comapare these two.M3 is 10+ years old,10+ k cheaper,and way more exciting.Better engine sound,manual,look that doesn't gets old and so much more.. The last real M3. E46 no doubt.

e9x m3 was v8 and without turbos, and sounds nice. and i wouldnt say e46 is the definition of M cars, to me it is e30 always. Yeah, i know it is super hyped car, but without it, there would not be e46 m3 :)

Check the rear subframe for cracks... And if u can get a manual cuz there are sometimes problems with the SMG
