I had the exact same situation yesterday! I had to get an angle grinder and chop it off. Now I am struggling to find a tool for the bush just below. Two tools have broken and I only have 1cm left to push the bush in 😂

Yes, it can be a struggle... Rust is the enemy. But it's still doable, these bushings.

I have just attempted alignment on my car and one eccentric bolt was fine and the is turning the bush-just the same as the video- angle grinder will not fit into the gap- so I am looking at buying a reciprocating saw😕

Exact the same situation on this car! There is no way to get that thing out without cutting it with a reciprocating saw, unfortunately.

I managed to heat the head of the bolt both ends and it freed it off enough to turn it- I then tapped it out of the bush and greased it thoroughly 👍

Good! Heat / using a torch usually helps a lot, I should try doing that next time I come across one of these.
