BMW E90 CODING OUT TPMS LIGHT (NCS DUMMY / NCS EXPERT)

Hey buddy, great video! You went through the steps very well and got my light off. The only thing I would say is that last part you said you did but maybe not needed about the "tire puncture" warning - for me I 100% had to deactivate that part to. I had all of the rest done and still got the TPMS warning until I did that as well.

I was able to change all the RDC and tire pressure sensors to inactive in NCS Dummy as well as execute job in KOMBI but the DSC module doesn’t show up in NCS Expert.

Did you use ncs expert to determine the name of your dsc?

Not that I know of. I went through many forums before trying bits and pieces of what others had done for other things to figure this out.

It really depends on your comfortability with the program. If you’re decent at using it, I would say yes. If not, probably not.

It seems that may not be an option that you have. Have you ensured you selected the correct module?

Are you talking about load your own profile? When you get nos expert, it comes with different types of profiles to make adjustments. If this is what you're referring to, you may want to become more familiar with ncs expert.

Dude great video! I followed it step by step and it worked perfectly for me. 1 thing I don't think you mentioned. If you have an rdc control module in your car you have to make sure it's unplugged. If it's not the light won't go out. I did the coding and still had the light on. Went and unplugged the module and boom light gone. My e92's rdc module is in the trunk near the battery. Does anything happen when u pull the fuse

It will just throw a code for the tpms if you do that alone. If you do it with coding, it will let break the connection between the ecu and rdc module.
