It takes about 3-4 hours to do properly, but it is all possible if you have some patience :)

That's just a sticker, bought them locally from a guy who makes them. If you search for e90 pre lci taillights sticker - they should pop up

got them from a local automotive parts seller. Although you can surely find these on aliexpress, just search for e90 bumper splitter
