That's a really good job you have done. I reckon with the Hybrid Turbo and some tweaks that's a 4.5-4.8 second 0-60mph and amazing overtaking. Good luck.

Great build mate. I have an E92 330d LCi, love the car but the stock brakes are shockkking! Your wheels look great as well. I went with the STROM M359 alloys from CM wheels. 19x9 and 19x10 rear, both concave with 235/265 tyres and the fitment is spot on.

Thanks bro appreciate that. Yeah stock brakes aren’t sufficient especially when your running more power. Yeah I like the STROM wheels, I considered changing mine for them. You’ll have to send me a few pics of yours on insta so I can see how they look 👌🏾

Get xhp stage 3 gearbox map will definitely improve 0-60 also put better traction and it’ll feel like an animal!

I already have xhp 3 on it man, forgot to mention it in the video. It needs an LSD to put it down properly. It’s already savage but the power would be much more useable from standing

They are Stuttgart ST9 reps, 18” x 8.5j all round but that’s because I bought 2 sets of rears and put rears on the front for the concave look all round 👊🏾. Does mean I have to run 255 all round

The only 8p S3 I’ve raced was at Santa pod and he was running over 400bhp. Up until about 50-60 we were pretty even. Then he left me for dead 🤙🏾

How much difference has the 325d m57 ?

The engine itself is all the same I think. The difference maybe in the injectors but I’m not 100% sure. Obviously with the 325d you start with less power compared to the 330d

Very nice car bro, tbh the 0-60 time is about right, an e89 Z4 35i does it in 5.1 sec your doing 5.3 seconds on that run bearing in mind normally 7 seconds in a standard 330d

The 0-60 isn’t bad when u consider things of a similar era like an e46 m3 were quoted at about 5.2 and I’m sure they are slightly lighter, have an LSD and a few more bhp too. People forget that power figures and 0-60s have just come that far now but it’s relative to its era (2007). Also let’s remember it’s not a performance or sports car, it’s a diesel daily. Having said that I reckon I can squeeze more out of it 😂👊🏾

Yeah apologies for the smoke, I mean cars often this age and mileage won’t have tired or worn injectors, pistons, piston rings and valves. Or fueling issues 🤷🏾‍♂️👊🏾. I’m doing it purposely to give diesel car lovers a bad rep 🥴

It’s all personal preference and opinions, for me you will struggle to beat the reliability of a 30d M57, some prefer the N57. Both have potential in terms of tuning and performance
