Do you know if the 380mm will fit 18” wheels? I know some 18” will fit the M4 and the c63 can fit 18” wheels. Just not sure when combined

No, car would not stop better. You actually hurting car performance by adding unsprung weight. If you just get different brake pad compound and 2 piece Paragon brake rotors you will increase performance. This is all for look only

If it's a m3 it will work. M4 rotors and rear caliper. Mercedes Benz c63 front caliper. You can get caliper from ebay and rotors anywhere

The front will not fit but tears might. You would have to change the front knuckle.
