BMW F10 5series -Vibrate when braking if the brake discs are not original. Watch why this happens.

Many of you have encountered the problem of vibration when braking even after replacing the brake discs, why is this happening ??

JHAMS good content, thank you. Beside BMW OEM discs did you had experience with other 2 part brake discs like Brembo for example?

Its nothing to do with the brakes. The vibration is the lower control arms need replacing

As the man asked 2 weeks ago, what causes the vibration then? And what was the point of drawing those stupid lines on the old brake discs?

Indicates the direction of the inner turbine blades relative to the classic discs they are the vortex

Bmw F10 vibrates when breaking due to worn arm bushings. The front suspension arms need to be installed properly, tighten and torqued IN NORMAL wheel position( like car sitting on the ground). 99% of mechanics tighten them on the lift with air tools ruining new parts. It has nothing to do with brake discs.

Also brake bleeding needs to be done with the laptop, bmw Ista D, the dsc unit vibrates and bleeds the air bubbles. It is impossible to bleed the DSC unit with conventional procedure.

@@damazilu On my 2012 520d the brake pedal fluctuates at any speed , it is very bad at speed, do you think this is warped discs, thanks edd.

I replace the front brake disc 2 times. But still i have a vibration when braking . My car is BMW 520d 2014 .

Incearca o verificare pe platane a suspensiei, sunt service-uri si ITP-uri care au asa ceva, pe greutatea masinii se pot observa si jocuri care nu se gasesc la prima vedere cu levierul pe elevator. Ce discuri ai montat, marca, oricum te sfatuiesc sa intri pe realoem.com cu ultimele 7 caractere ale seriei de sasiu sa vezi daca nu ai nevoie de discuri turbionare nu doar ventilate, si daca da vezi ca sunt diferite stg - dreapta..

I have BMW 520D 2016 I have changed my brake discs and pads 5 times in 1 year from September 2021 October 2022. First discs. Icher Second Brembo Third Brog and Breck 4th Icher again Fifth Icher again with brand new Pagid Callipers. Every 4000-5000 miles start strong wobbling I am so fed up. I spent so much money. I never bought BMW original disc. Should I buy from BMW?

@@jahanzebabrar2813 If the car is a 2.5 or 3.0 BMW, the discs are swirling and are specific to each part, so you can only find BMW, if the car is a 520D, you can use TRW for the front part, so far I have not had any problems with these discs.

@@jahanzebabrar2813 Hola, limpie los discos de freno con un abrasivo del tipo clean & strip y la vibración desaparecerá por un tiempo. Cuando el polvo de las pastillas se vuleva a incrustar en los discos volverá la vibración.

The vent design of the brake discs is nothing to do with vibration, it only contributes to better cooling

This is also the reason for posting this video to highlight the reason why the original discs do not ovalize and the aftermarchet discs do because they do not have enough cooling.
